- Interference between push rod and head may be experienced when using these rockers with tubular push rods. Minor grinding of the side of the push rod channel in the head may be required, especially with the 1.65:1 ratio rockers. Generally no grinding is required for the 1.55:1 rockers but head castings do vary.
- Installation of high ratio rockers will increase your net valve lift. Check your valve spring capacity before installation. For best cam life, keep valve spring pressures as low as possible but strong enough to avoid valve float.
- The installation of cam bearings (SKU 156) is recommended in TR250 and TR6 engines using 1.65:1 ratio rockers with high performance valve springs. Good Parts offers block boring for cam bearings (SKU 4019).
This rocker assembly will NOT work on a Triumph GT6 Mk1
