Description
ATI Super Dampers offer significantly improved vibration dampening over the original Triumph damper, creating a smoother running, higher revving, more powerful engine. This kit includes everything needed to install the ATI Damper, including a new water pump with pulley, crank and alternator pulleys, belt and mounting hardware. Also included is a fan extension for mounting an original spec mechanical fan or a fan extension replacer if the original fan was replaced with an aftermarket electric fan.
This kit is specifically for TR250 and TR6 engines through CF35000.
Notes:
ATI Super Dampers DO NOT require additional balancing, they are factory balanced and should be installed without modification. Any crankshaft balancing must be done BEFORE the damper is installed.
This damper extends farther forward than the original damper, the engine may need to be moved rearward in its adjustment slots to avoid interference with the engine compartment cross brace. The included installation instructions detail this procedure.
